Shipping policy
Wrong Address Entered: In cases when the customer has entered the wrong delivery address we have to wait for the parcel to be returned to us and we'll then contact the customer to see where they want it delivered. The customer would need to pay for postage again.
Undelivered Mail Returned: There are cases where for some reason the postal person can't deliver a parcel and the parcel gets returned to us. In cases like this we contact the customer and if the delivery address was correct we cover the cost of sending the parcel out again. We usually send a photo of the returned parcel with the reason it was returned.
Lost Post: After 12 weeks from dispatch we consider the parcel lost and will cover the cost of making up and sending out a replacement.
Damaged Post: We ask for the customer to send us a photo of the damage so we can send this on to the postal company. We do our best to ensure every parcel is packaged correctly. DHL and International Tracked and Signed are insured and tracked so any damage to the parcels the customer can receive their money back.
Shipping Methods
Wherever possible we will ship via your chosen shipping method. However in some circumstances we reserve the right to change this without prior notification.
Duties and Taxes (IMPORTANT)
Please note that orders shipped overseas from our location in the UK may be liable to import duty when entering your country. The customer is liable for paying these duties. Refusal to pay duties may result in the carrier either returning or destroying your order - we cannot accept responsibility for any consequences of duty not being paid.
